The lightning protector is with protection of all four pairs of UTP - cable for 10/100 BASE and 1000 BASE ports. Supports all types of PoE.
Purpose of Lightning protection:
Llightning protection is designed to protect equipment, in particular copper ports of switches, cameras, WI-FI routers, with PoE support, from electrical interference, interference that occurs on the connected UTP cable as a result of electrical discharges, lightning, etc. Supports passive PoE when power is supplied to idle pairs 4,5 and 7,8; as well as active PoE, when power is supplied by data pairs. Standards IEEE 802.3af classes 0-4, IEEE 802.3at PoE +, Passive PoE.
Application area:
Lightning protection is effective when installed on copper ports of equipment with a cable length of more than 10 meters.

on camera, with or without power
to WI-FI access point or router, with or without power
to the access switch
on the subscriber switch
